CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY – GASOLEEN

At Gasoleen (Arunveda), we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please write to our customer support team at care@arunveda.com.
Once the cancellation request is acknowledged, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
❌ Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
RETURNS POLICY
You may request a return within 10 days of delivery if the product meets any of the following conditions:
Product is damaged, leaking, tampered with, or broken
Package is compromised
Wrong product delivered
Product is past its expiration date
Incomplete order / missing products
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF:
The product has been opened, used, or altered
Original packaging (cartons, labels, seals, etc.) is missing
The return or replacement request is raised after 10 days from delivery
Damage or missing items are reported after 10 days
The product is returned for reasons other than a manufacturing defect
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email care@arunveda.com within 7 days of receiving the product, mentioning the following details:
Order ID
Name
Items you want to return
Reason for return
Clear images/videos as proof
Our team will review and investigate your request within 24 working hours.
If the product is found to be damaged or unusable, we may request you to discard the product, and a replacement will be issued accordingly.
Once the returned product is received (if applicable), it will be verified against the claim, and a replacement or refund will be initiated.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF:
The returned product is noticeably damaged or tampered with
An incorrect shipping address was provided while placing the order
The product has been partially or fully consumed
The return request does not comply with this policy
REFUNDS MAY BE ISSUED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
The ordered product is out of stock
The shipping address is non-serviceable
The return policy has been fully complied with
The returned product is in good condition and untampered
You were charged twice for a single order from the same email address
RETURN PICK-UP (AVAILABLE FOR MOST PIN CODES)
Once we receive a return request email, a reverse pickup will be arranged.
A service representative will attempt pickup within 1–2 working days.
If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the product using a reliable courier partner.
Courier charges will be reimbursed upon submission of valid proof.
REFUND TIMELINES
Online payments: Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7 working days of approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 14 working days after receiving the refund request.
